Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please ensure you have reviewed the product details carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or Defective Items

If your Nova D-Bloat arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect within 365 days of purchase, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence (where applicable)


Exchanges

We do not offer returns for refunds, however exchanges may be approved in limited cases at our discretion.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused and in original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for return, unless deemed faulty.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed and

  • A replacement cannot be provided

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
